What Are The Parts Of Organizations ?


I ask this question because the person who is working in an organization must know where he or she takes place in these parts.They must know their works, their responsibilities and who they are in favor of. Also to have about these parts will help the worker which statute he or she will promote and when he or she get retaired he or she gets from the organization.
1. What is instrinsic and ? Do workers need instrinsic or ? In your opinion which one is important for a worker explain. This question is important because this question make the student to understand that
extrincis and instrinsic rewards are complemantary each other. Instrinsic reward is important because by this reward you continue your life; you eat, you wear , you have a shelter. But at work to be productive and to continue this that workers need extrinsic reward. Extrinsic rewards gives and the worker can continue his or her work by being productive .The student must seperate the difference between these rewards.
2. What are your own values? Do you think to designate your values will help you in your work life?
For personnel growth and self-actualization first off all person must know his or her own values.This question is asked because the new employees must know their and their carieer plans to success in life. And also culture effects to our values. In money is more important then .When it’s like that we can’t do and we can’t make a in our work life. The student must realise the importants of his or her values and achieve his or her goals step by step.
3. Nowadays many managers are redesigning their companies toward something called . Is it useless or not explain is so important todays. So must know the characteristics of learning organizations and use these parts in their work life. The organizations are mostly using informations and learn from mistakes.This is so important by this you correct your mistakes in future you will not do the same mistakes again. The new
employees must know these characteristics and use when they become a worker in an organization.
4. What are the characteristics of learning organization? Read the case and solve the problem by the problem solving methods of learning organizations. I ask this question because, the problem solving subject is so important in your work
life you must be quick;when there is a problem you must solve this problem as soon as possible and nobody must get damage by this solution. And one day if this problem occurs again you and your team must solve the problem like they did before. But if you take precaution this kind of problem never occurs again in your organization.
